1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer standard and express shipping options across the UK. Estimated delivery times:

Standard: 2–4 business days
Express: 1–2 business days


3. International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping charges and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
